Leeches might have proven to be the beauty secret for Demi Moore, but they were certainly traumatising for Pamela Anderson, who was attacked by the blood-sucking organisms while swimming in a lake as a child.
Showing of her scars, the Baywatch hottie spoke up after Demi Moore revealed on The David Letterman Show that her latest beauty secret is letting leeches feast on her blood to detoxify her.
The busty bombshell was being interviewed on ‘The Craig Ferguson Show’ and made public her scars, which are on the same arm as her infamous barbed wire tattoo.
The blonde actress cum model was swimming near her childhood home in British Columbia, Canada when she was bitten.
“I was attacked by leeches - look at my arm. It’s been there since I was nine - its very traumatic. A bunch of them jumped on me in a lake while I was swimming under the water,” The Sun quoted her, as telling.
Meanwhile, former “Baywatch” star’s latest marriage has been officially annulled, court records showed on Tuesday.
Anderson, 40, tied the knot with entrepreneur Rick Salomon in Las Vegas on October 6 but filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court less than three months later citing irreconcilable differences.
A later petition from Anderson cited fraud as the reason for the marriage’s breakdown. Salomon, best known for his involvement in socialite Paris Hilton’s notorious home sex video, also alleged fraud in a response Friday.
Anderson’s marriage to Salomon was her third. She was married for three years to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee between 1995 and 1998 and had a similarly short-lived three-month marriage to rapper Kid Rock in 2006.

Pamela Anderson is taking a break from dating to concentrate on motherhood.
The former ‘Baywatch’ actress - who recently filed for divorce from third husband Rick Salomon - wants to focus on 11-year-old Brandon and 10-year-old Dylan, her sons with ex-spouse Tommy Lee.
She told US talk show host Ellen DeGeneres: “My attention is devoted to just kids at the moment. That’s taking up a lot of time.
“As for men, I don’t even know what my type is. I think men are like books - with a beginning, a middle and an end.”
Pammie - who was also briefly married to musician Kid Rock - also revealed she has been working as a patrol crossing warden outside the boys’ school.
She said: “I get a lot of high fives. People think it’s quite funny that I’m there doing that! But, I’m a mom, and you have to do it and I love it.”
